Frequently asked questions
Do the page counts have to come from one order?
No. The combined total is what matters, and it can be spread over any number of orders. Once you cross a threshold, the discount applies to all future orders and services for life.
How do I know which tier I am on?
Your discount is applied automatically in the order form once your combined page total qualifies. If the figure looks wrong, contact support and we will check the count against your order history.
