Where do I start?
On the order form. Choose the type of paper, the quality level, the number of pages and the deadline, and the exact total appears before you are asked to pay anything. If all you want for now is a figure, the price calculator gives the same answer without an account.
What goes into the instructions?
Everything your professor gave you. Attach the prompt, the rubric and the reading list, name the citation style, and spell out anything unusual, because both the finished paper and any free revision are judged against these instructions. A precise brief is the cheapest quality upgrade there is.
Who is going to write it?
A writer holding a Master's degree or a PhD in a field that fits your subject. Our writers see incoming orders and take on the ones they are equipped for, and we approve the strongest candidate among those who step up. Every finished paper then passes our Quality Control team before it is released to you.
Can I actually talk to that writer?
Yes, in both directions, for the whole project and after delivery. How do I know the work is on track?
Log in to your profile page and the current status of the order is on the screen. If reading something is more reassuring than a status label, ask for a draft, either when you place the order or later through the messaging system.
I just received new materials. Too late to send them?
Not at all. Upload files from your profile page, hand them to a live chat agent, or email them to support@bestessay.com with the order number included. The earlier the writer has them, the more they can shape the paper.
How long is a page, exactly?
Double spacing puts 275 words on a page and single spacing puts 550, set in 12 pt Times New Roman with a one inch margin. An assignment handed out as a word count converts at 275 words to the page, with any remainder counting as a whole page.
How fast can you realistically be?
Deadlines in the form run from 10 days down to 3 hours, and in our experience most orders can be delivered inside 24 hours. Very large projects are the exception. A dissertation squeezed into a short window would fail our own quality bar, so the sooner you order, the safer every promise on this page becomes.
Where does the finished paper arrive?
In your profile page as a download, or by email if you prefer. On time delivery is guaranteed and backed by money. What lateness would cost us, and what it would return to you, is written into the Terms and Conditions.
What if the paper misses something I asked for?
Press Request Revision on the order in your profile and say what was missed. Revisions are free for 14 days after first completion, and for 30 days on dissertations, theses, research proposals, thesis proposals and dissertation chapters. The request has to stay inside your original instructions, since a changed brief counts as editing rather than revision.
And if I would rather have my money back?
Put the request in writing through the order messaging system or by email, within 72 hours of completion for quality claims, and Quality Control assesses it against the Terms. An order cancelled before a writer has been approved for it is refunded in full.

Do I have to register before I can see a price?
No. The price calculator quotes your deadline, quality level and page count without an account, and the order form repeats the figure before any payment step.
Can I ask for the writer I had last time?
Yes. Name the writer when you place the next order, or tell support, and the order goes to them if their workload and your deadline allow it.
Which quality level should I pick?
Standard suits most Pre-Bachelor and Bachelor work. Premium fits Bachelor and Master's assignments and adds priority matching plus a deeper originality check, while Platinum brings a writer with over five years of academic writing for Master's, MBA and specialised degrees such as Law or Finance.
Is the paper checked before it reaches me?
Twice. Anti-plagiarism software scans it for originality, and our Quality Control team reads it against your order specifications. Finished work is never resold, and it is removed from our database once the project is delivered.
Who can see my order details?
Only the people working on it. We do not trade or sell personal information, payment details travel over industry standard encryption, and the Privacy Policy sets out the rest.
